NO SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY

• When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients. Please understand that I only get paid when I deliver a service. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay full price of treatment as booked. 
• If an emergency situation arises, please let me know so that I can treat your specific situation with personal attention. I recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, ect) and may make an exception on those rare occasions, yet I still need to get paid.
• Missed appointment fees need to be paid before rebooking your next appointment.
• In honor of my clients on my waitlist, please do not give your appointment to a loved one without checking with me 1st.
• Give a 24-hour Notice of Cancellations  *Cancellation fee is $40
• No shows and last minute cancellations will be charged full price of treatment as booked.
